Meet Jara Johnson

The Creative Behind
the Country

Jara is the creative force behind Corporate Country Line Dancing. She started line dancing at 12, taking lessons with her parents, and kept the passion alive through college at NWMSU with Country Faith, where she danced, swing-and-two-stepped, and DJ'd weekly barn dances. In winter 2023, she began teaching sold-out line dance classes at the Pella Opera House. As country line dancing surges back into the mainstream, Jara now brings that same energy to private parties, festivals, corporate gatherings, and special events of all kinds. Her mission is simple - connection and community, one country step at a time.
